The Caretaker will be responsible for assisting the Vice President of Residential Services with the care and maintenance of a large, single family residence, to include the main house, guesthouse, large garage/shop, and caretaker’s quarters. Duties of the caretaker include but are not limited to: Property maintenance and repair - candidate must have a working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, mechanical systems, wood and metal working, welding; working knowledge of irrigation systems will be required for the winterizing of the property in the Fall and to re-open in the Spring; minor landscape maintenance will be required to keep the property clear from debris, including the plowing of the roads as required and shoveling pathways throughout the winter as needed; candidate must own a 4WD vehicle with snow tires if required to access the property (located on an unpaved road) or be able to find alternative transportation to access the property; routine maintenance of the hot tub; working knowledge of the operations and repair of vehicles and water craft; vehicles shall include the driving of trucks to tow boats and plow the roads; watercrafts shall include boats and wave runners; the caretaker will be required to operate the boat for owner’s guests to ski and wakeboard.
