SPIRIT SOAR PSYCHIATRIC PROVIDER TRIBAL HEALTH DEPARTMENT Location Varies The successful applicant must possess a specialized knowledge of the concepts, principles and practices of Psychiatric Mental Health obtained through the successful completed course of study as a psychiatrist MD or P.M.H.N.P. The incumbent must have a through working knowledge within their scope primary care and mental health, to treat a majority of patients. Preferred experience in working within Integrated Behavioral Health, Primary Care Mental/Behavioral Health Integration, or similar collaborative care model. Ability and willingness to train in collaborative care model if prior experience does not already apply. Licensed as a practicing Psychiatrist OR Board of nursing certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: The ideal candidate will have excellent problem solving skills and the ability to analyze and troubleshoot a wide variety of systems including water pumps, filters, chillers, heat exchangers, boilers, UV units, electrical systems, and power generators; an understanding of computer applications for fish hatchery alarming and control systems monitoring with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) networks; ability to interpret technical drawings, electrical diagrams; comply with environmental regulations; prepare maintenance reports; provide budgeting information; good oral and written communication skills.
