Kootenai Tribe of Idaho Indian Trust Resources Contractor The Tribal “Trust Resources Contractor has the primary responsibility for carrying out fiduciary responsibilities identified in the Self-Governance Compact between the united states and the Kootenai Tribe related to the Bureau of Indian Affairs Division of Real Estate Services. Tasks include protecting the trust resources of the Kootenai Tribe, its citizens, and non-Kootenai Indians with interests in trust recourses on the Kootenai Indian Reservation. Location: Kootenai Indian Reservation, Bonners Ferry, ID. Independent Contractor - Estimated 20-25 hours per week. Compensation - Lump sun, invoiced monthly, plus reasonable expenses. Office Provided at the Kootenai Tribal Complex. In accordance with Kootenai Law & Order Code, Chapter 19, Indian Preference Applies Experience with Bureau of Indian Affairs and Tribal Realty Programs necessary. Contractor must possess a vehicle, valid driver license and insurance to perform field work related to duties.
